HOW 
IT WORKS

The Pyrolytic Oven

The process takes place inside a pyrolytic oven, which is a highly specialized structure with chambers to heat the items to be treated in a controlled manner.

At the same time, the pyrolysis chamber reaches temperatures ranging between 350°C and 430°C via blown air burners, operating in an oxygen-reduced environment.

THE PYROLYSIS PROCESS

The absence of oxygen prevents combustion, giving rise to what is properly called "pyrolysis", which is the chemical decomposition of organic materials. The high temperatures break the complex chemical bonds of the paints, which detach and are eliminated in the form of gas.

During the process, pyrolysis gases develop which, by burning, help to keep the chamber temperature constant. At the same time, a thermal post-combustion system ensures that the residual gases are heated to over 850°C for one second, guaranteeing the complete purification of fumes and the protection of the environment.
